I have an easement as a part of my property so that two neighbors can access theirs. One is a vacant lot. The owner of that property started building a bridge accross the creek to access his property. (This was done before I purchased the property.) Apparently, this was done without a permit & the county put a stop to the construction of the bridge before it was completed. The neighbor abandoned the project - leaving behind all of the lumber & steel support. Now what was built is starting to fall apart & is an eysore as well as dangerous. Can I require he remove the structure & materials? If he refuses, can I have it removed & charge him for it? Also, do I have any liability if someone were to be injured on it?

My house was flooded the other day and the handyman had to replace my water heater. My bathtub was fine before anything happened. But after the replacement, it started to back up. I tried using Drano-type products, but it doesn't work.

It sounds like something is loose inside the dryer. If I stop it and then turn it back on, the sound goes away, but after a few minutes, the rattling comes back. It's gotten progressively louder. I have a Whirlpool stacked washer/dryer and the dryer is front loading.

I have a small desk in a tiny room. I want a black leather chair but I don't know which kind to get. I'm thinking one of those solid chairs that swivels and looks sleek and is perfect for resting or an office chair.

I was thinking about the Malung from Ikea, and I'm up for suggesstions for an office chair. I would like to spend under $200

I just started bartending at a classy place so I have been wearing nice shirts to work in, the problem is that I've gotten liquor stains on some of my shirts, maybe from simple syrup or juices, sweet things? I dunno, is there something that would take them out?

We did and we were disppointed at the lack of availability of the refill string for it. The machine itself is good but finding the string refills was frustrating. The places that sold this trimmer didn't bother to stock the string refills or maybe they just sold out as quickly as they came in. What a waste money.

We have a one car port in our home that we were interested in enlcosing and make it a game room. Though someone told me that this would actually decrease the home's value. Does this make any sense at all?

When I watch HGTV shows that feature homes with prices that shock me. A $200,000 home in Delaware costs $60,000 where I live. Why the big discrepancy? Is it because land is so scarce in those areas?

I flush my toilet, the bowl only empties maybe one out of five flushes. I've had new ABS(?) plumbing put in from the floor collar out to the main line. The toilet used to clog all the time, it doesn't clog anymore, but doesnt' flush right either. I have noticed, from uh, standing in front of it that the water level isn't even, like the toilet might be slightly tilted even though it is solid with the floor. If I flush and pour a bucket of water in the bowl at the same time, it works like a champ. The house is 47 years old, wood flooring above a crawl space. I have no idea how old the toilet is. Suggestions?

I baught a new house with a big back yard. Lots of space to pile up yard waste and pruning waste but I may not want it near my back wood fence or my house for sure. The back yars dementions are about 60'x75' wide. Ok thats not a huge back yard but you should have seen my last yard, it was tiny.
