From my cat always bending them back, I have a lot of single rows that get broke or bent. Can a single be purchased? I don't want to buy all new blinds.

it's not worth trying to replace the slats. just replace maybe a blind a week.

Go to a store like Lowes or Home Depot where they shorten them and ask if you can take the left over ones. Or if you have blinds that haven't been shortened take out the extra slats and replace them.

If you know how to replace it you can probably find one. But the problem is, it is hard to replace the slats and get the blinds working properly again. I tried that one time and the blinds won't open or close

I know what you are talking about and cats and dogs are notorious for ruining blinds but they are only like $4-$10 new so just buy em. You cant sit there and replace individual slats.

Usually smaller hardware stores and sometimes Home Depot or Lowe's have damaged ones that they'll let you pick through.
