Wash it in hot water first, then put it in the dryer. Just putting it in the dryer won't work.

So will utilising warm water. that's kinder to clothing to apply chilly water and use a attractive washing detergent for this purpose like chilly ability. Works basically besides in chilly and warm water yet especially designed for chilly water. you may wash in chilly water then lay flat on a rack to dry or on a hanger yet gently pull into shape earlier you do so. It wont shrink this way.

If it's 100% cotton it will shrink a little after washing and drying.

Same answer here. Wash in hot water and dry in hot dryer. Other fix.... Wear it as is and put a jacket over it and no one will notice.

You can try hot water and high heat, but most cotton clothing these days is pre-shrunk. Good luck!
