I have a rose bush that grew taller than I thought it would. Just wondering if it okay to cut down the height a little during growing season, or will that hurt it in any way.
I was in my garden and kept hearing this REALLY strange shreiking sound and tracked it down to a squirrel in a tree!! Never knew squirrels made any noises at all. Anyone know why he could be making this sound? Thanks for the help!

I'm thinking about painting my front door before I sell my house. The outside of the house is red brick with black used as the accent colour above the windows.

The wooden front door is currently stained brown and has a brass knocker and a brass-effect letterbox.

Surely it can't be "dry"? You must have to get clothes wet to clean them?

There is a water softening plant installed and hence I don't think it is a hard water problem. The soap and dried water stains are difficult to remove from the glass shower partition.

Now we've got these 3 in 1 or 4 in 1 dishwasher tablets which claim to contain salt, does it mean we can do away with the kind of dishwasher salt that comes in a big plastic bag?

We just got new couches that are tobacco brown ( almost chocolate) Our wall - art, frames, and such are black, it went perfectly with our old couches. Will black frames go with the tobacco brown. I don't want it to look to dreary or muddy. What colors can i add to make it flow. I really like burnt orange. there are no pillows on the couch or window treatments yet. Painting is out of the question in this apartment. The rug is brownish beige, and walls white, with hideous blinds. But I can't change that, What do you recommend? I'm lost

My frends told me that using the open wardrobe will damage your clothes. Meaning the clothes will have yellow spots or marks cos dust can easily get to them. But what if my room is generally clean and im generally hygienic? Meaning I'll throw in the washer watever I was wearing on that day, never putting it back in the wardrobe. And my room's not dusty or cockroaches infested. Anyone has that kind of wardrobe?
