Surely it can't be "dry"? You must have to get clothes wet to clean them?

Clothes do get wet , the term 'dry' is a bit misleading - all it means is that water isn't used. Clothese are still washed in a solution but it's a solvent. 'Solvent cleaning' would be a more accurate description.

Clothes are washed in an industrial size machine (washing machine) with chemicals that are dry and no water comes into play. After this process, clothes are steamed pressed or flat pressed. The chemicals take out odors and most "Dry Cleaners" pre-treat any kind of stain...

washing garment in chemical called Purcoloane ..
it dose wet the clothes ..but the chemical is easily evaporated.and drys very quick.. it wont shrink or damage the garments ..specially.fusibles pads cottons buttons..and certain cloths that cant be washed in water.ie silks..because garments are made with various different materials .that can't all be washed in water ..so this chemical works with all.. They dip the clothes in chemicals so while they're technically wet, they actually stay dry.

you're coughing because of the fact there is no longer sufficient humidity and you probable have some sinus drainage it is stressful your throat, incredibly at evening. A dry cough is once you cough yet strengthen no secretions.
