My frends told me that using the open wardrobe will damage your clothes. Meaning the clothes will have yellow spots or marks cos dust can easily get to them. But what if my room is generally clean and im generally hygienic? Meaning I'll throw in the washer watever I was wearing on that day, never putting it back in the wardrobe. And my room's not dusty or cockroaches infested. Anyone has that kind of wardrobe?

And Oh yeah! My parents bought me this dust buster thingy. I hope that works and for the insects? hmmm, does moth balls help? haha. Darn those popstars and mtv cribs!

The main function of doors on a wardrobe / closet, other than hiding your clothes, is to cut down on the amount of dust that gets on your clothes. While you may not notice anything at first, the dust will eventually build up more than if you have doors.

Also, moths and other insects will have much easier access at your clothes than they would otherwise.

No matter how clean you keep your room, there will always be dust. As to not having cockroaches, it's not the big ol bugs like that that you have to worry about, instead, it's the smaller ones that are found in every home, no matter how clean it is.

Hope that helps!

It actually help to improve the airflow within the warddrobe. In this way there is no chance for smell to develop on your clothes but it can't prevent the dust from accumulating. There is no such thing as warddrobe will damaged the clothing. it is the human that damaged the clothing
