I have been in my home for almost 2 yrs. now, when, I moved here , it was not in the best shape. Since then, I had the outside covered with vinyll siding. The windows were trimmed , by the previous owner, with 2x4's. They are an ugly color and need to be covered, paint is not an option... too many and white paint would take 3-4 coats...lol Looking for wood or aluminum..can't find anywhere...?

The tree is about ten years old was doing well until last year. Then is began to slump and could not hold itself upright very well. I supported it and it has straightened out well but still has brown tips and top and branches are dying. It also has basically stopped growing and when i bought the seedling, I was told it was a large variety with mature height of 20 to 40 feet. I would like it to be larger but mostly I would rather it be healthy. What can I do to cure/feed it to help it with the brown death (thats what I call it b/c every branch gets brown on the tip, then the entire branch, then that branch dies). Should I prune the brown? Also, is there anything I can do to spur growth? Please help, this tree has priceless sentimental value as it was a gift from a recently removed family member. Thank you!

I'm hoping to get a license to grow hemp in Canada (I'm a Canadian citizen eh). Does anyone know of any hemp farms already in progress here? It would be good to know about them so as to see where the plant is able to grow and such. Thanks.

I am thinking of flipping a house, (I have never done this before) it's not in shambles, just needs some updating. Built in late 1970's, it was once a 3br house, but they knocked down 1 wall to make it a 2br with a large master br. So it would need a wall built for the 3rd br, new siding, new exterior doors, some interior paint, new countertops in 1 bath & kitchen, new vinyl floors in kit & 2 baths and new carpet in family room. No major construction needed (I don't think). I can buy it for $150K in an area where avg home selling price is 250K and avg price in that specific neighborhood is $230K. How much money would you invest in this deal if you were to do it? And if you have done a deal like this before what are some tips/advice? Thanks all!!

Would you think this is discrimination because Im african american and this is a really nice neighborhood? NEED HELP AND OPIONS WELCOMED!

Is there somewhere that sends someone out to your house first to give you advice, then installs it all for not too much money? I have a budget of about 3k for a fairly small bathroom.
