It would be cheaper in the long run for you to purchase a pre hung door whitch includes the all the trim it is installed in one unit.They come in various sizes and styles and your local building center will have your standard sizes in stock. Good Luck !

I bought one already made at Home Depot.. It is cheaper that way than constructing one on my own
