The other day my rat trap caught just a rats tail and today I killed a rat that had a damaged tail but looked as if part of it was regrowing a bit. I want to confirm that the rat I killed today is the same rat I missed a couple days ago. The tail went from fat and dmaged to a little thin tail about a 1/4" long. Thanks for your help!

My neighbor just build a large garage in the back corner of his lot. When I bought my house, the view out of my kitchen and livingroom windows were of a treeline. Now, because of the way my house is positioned on my lot, I stare directly into the wall of his garage. What plants can I put on my property line that will effectively screen my view of my neighbor's garage and not take over my or his lawn?
