I'm interested in getting a cleaning service for the inside of my home. How do I find a service that I don't have to worry about things getting stolen? Also, do I have to give them a key? What kinds of things do they do?

I am all set and ready to paint. I picked the color BM Philadelphia Cream but I'm not sure whether to get flat finish or eggshell. My walls have a lot of imperfections. The room is a combined living room/dining room/hallway. Any suggestions or preferences?

I am currently renting a room from my friend in a 1,470 sq. ft. townhome that he recently purchased. I pay him a flat rent that is $200 more than if I had to split the bills. In other words, I dont pay any bills, I just pay a higher rent so I dont have to deal with it.

Here is my problem....I wake up sweating every night...checked the thermostat today..and he has the central air set at 78 overnight!!! He keeps it at around 75 during the day which I also think is too high. When I lived at home with my parents, we kept it 72-74 upstairs in the central air and in my room in the downstairs I had a room air conditioner that I put at 68-70 while i slept.

My question is how much more would it cost him per month to put the thermostat down to 72 overnight??

I cant handle it anymore....

We have a grape arbor, but there are too many insects, problems with fungus (with humidity) and water issues. I want to replace it. I want something that won't destoy the wood arbor we had built for it. Any ideas?

my neighbor is a friggin pig. and hes a newer addition to the neighborhood . We never had this kind of problem from anyone but the city workers and they dont do it that often. This makes twice this week that he has come outside at an extremely early time to do this crap like he doesnt give a poo about anyone else who may still be asleep. I wish there was something that could be done, i dont see talking to him as making any difference as he seems the type of ****** who would agree to stop then wake up even earlier just to piff me off.
