No, I am not. Already have one. So the question is if I am doing it or do you want to do one?

You need to shut off the water to the sink presently there. Unistall that sink and then install the current one. Hopefully the sink prior was placed on top of your flooring or you might need to add tile if they do not match up. You might need to cut and swell pipes. Sinks are not all standard.

Might want to call a plumber or get a book or something. Seems like you aren't even sure where to start.
