And to keep them out of my house we have tried everything

But the birds are driving me nuts. They just started today, and all they are doing is chirping. Do I just leave them there until they are old enough to go out on there own. Because, If I were to move them, how would the mother bird know where they are. And if I touch them, isn't true the mother won't touch them then?
I don't have the money to call someone to have them removed, and if I did who would I call. I don't even know what kind they are. Some one please gie me some advice on this . Thank you all for answering it, if you do.

The salesperson told me that berber is not good if you have pets because they can pull the loops out of the carpet. I have a very small mini dachshund. Will she really ruin the rug?

The security deposit check is already in the mail, and my roommate and I were just about to send in our signed copy of the lease, when she announced she'd found alternate tenants. I know this is probably legal, but still I'm sooo disappointed. And now how do I make sure she doesn't cash my check for the security deposit??

My husband and I bought our home about a year ago. It's on the edge of Williamsburg...far enough out to be nice and quite and close enough to do the things we need to do in town. It's in a great neighborhood and the surrounding area is nice, a grocery store, post office...
However, now they are buliding an apartment complex about a mile from my home. It's on a main road (we are OFF of that road, back in a subdivision). Does anyone know if this will affect our property value?

My husband and I would like to purchase a home for the second time. Our first home went into foreclosure and is now on my husbands credit. Is there somewhere we can go to get a loan without having to pay a big down payment? What we are looking into is a double wide mobile home to place on two acres of land.

I have a cherry tree that is loaded with cherries but the cherries won't ripen. I am finding as much hard unripened fruit on the ground as in the tree and the birds won't even clean them up. I have been watering the tree every day because it is in sandy soil that gets very dry quickly in the sun. I have also removed all the grass and weeds away from the tree to help it grow better. What can I do to help the fruit to become ripe?
