And it's not because I am hungry, I know that for a fact. This happens to me constantly, and it is disrupting my life because I am always so preoccupied with trying to keep my stomach from grumbling. This started to happen a few years ago. And it is uncomfortable, I can feel my stomach twisting around, and then it grumbles very loudly. It's embarassing and I hate it. Is there any way to make it stop? Should I see my doctor?

I am 32yo, and have this awful sensation in my left leg. I dont have health insurance, so it means a trip to the ER. Which I try to avoid at all costs!! (literally). I have numbness! It feels like about 70% numbness from the knee down to the toes, and from the knee up to my lower back and down to the right leg, about 20%. I have no idea what is causing it, which is the scary part. I dont think it is an emergency, that deems a trip to the ER, but could it be something serious? Any idea guys.....??? Thanks!!

For health reasons, I'm thinking about trying a water-only fast, perhaps anywhere from 10 to 30 days in length. I am a 63-year-old male, 5'9" 250 pounds, with high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes (pills, not insulin), high fasting blood sugar, and low HDL, and a history of a mild stroke in 2003. My health care professionals all advise me to NOT do a fast. Thirty years ago, when I was much younger and healthier, I did fast for 10 days and lost 25 pounds, and I felt great all during the fast ... at least until I ended the fast with a big greasy cheeseburger (big mistake). Anyway, it seems that there is quite a difference between mainstream medical advice and actual research studies. Practicing doctors advise against fasting, especially for diabetics, while numerous clinical studies seem to indicate that fasting has demonstrated lots of benefits. So ... does anybody here have any personal experience with long-term fasting?

She could not walk to the car, she threw up four times and passed out becoming lifeless twice. after she threw up four times, she was speaking in complete sentences trying to tell me shes dealt with this before. Shes breathing fine and sleeping now, should i be worried about her? I'm just not going to sleep i know that much, but is there more i should do? should i wake her or let her sleep?

Also,I was wondering if anyone knew the age for girls when they stop growing. When I was younger,I grew really tall and was taller than most people, but stopped growing after elementary school.I haven't grown ever since and does that mean I may never grow again? It seems weird, but I'm concern for my height and wish to be tall like my older siblings. If anyone knows ways for me to grow in natural ways like no pills or drugs,it would be most helpful.Thankyou.
