The blood in the toilet needs to be checked out by the doc ASAP. This could be serious. As for the pain since it is not being relieved with over the counter things then you need to get this checked out too. Time to see the doc and find out what is going on.

Blood in your urine isn't always a sign of something serious, but definitely something worth checking into with your doctor. Physical exertion can cause this ... but so can several other conditions. And with you experiencing pain in your back ... I believe that something could be going on with your kidneys. Its possible that you could have an infection or a kidney stone. You need a urinalysis done ... this will help your doctor to determine what your problem is!

Where is the blood coming from? This can not be good either way, so I would call your doctor.

Bright Red blood is fresh blood, and dark brownish black is older, so that may be a bad sign.

Call your doctor.

best to check with doctor, sounds like kidney stones, can be extremely painfully when stones are on the move, not so much when their sitting still . blood can be from stones irritating the inside of tube.
