sport is a good solution, just go and walk, run, play box or whatever...
write what you feel, in a note book, that is what i do whenever i feel bad or depressed, it makes me feel better, i say everything i feel, i don't hire anything, i can write everything i can't tell to poeple...
don't give up, don't speel a lot and think only abt the bad things in ur life or the problems u might face at this period....go out, go to the cinema, don't be alone, go and hang out with ur friends, i know when we are depressed we prefer to be alone, but it's not good, once u go out and you have contact with good friends, funny poeple, you discover how this life is beautiful, and that nothing metters that we depress for
what's the problem? work? love? family? everything has a solution, think on poeple who are living in wars, catastrophies, poeple who got no jobs, poeple who suffer from dangerous desseses...
think positiv!!
life is short, live the moment, because when u will get older, you will regreat those beautiful moments you are losing while depressing.....
smile and the world will smile to you!!

Read a book called "Choice Theory" by Dr. William Glasser. Apply the concepts and you will find that you have a very powerful mind that can help you significantly with depression. I am Reality Therapy Certified by the William Glasser Institute. This theory is the only thing that helped me after being a first responder to the bombing of the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995.

You can read a very brief summary of the theory at http://www.wglasser.com/whatisct.htm you might also consider finding the book in your public library or purchasing it at http://www.wglasser.com/pricelst.htm for only $15.00 which is a much better investment than medication.

Couple this with prayer and you should be feeling much better very soon!

eat a nice bowl of popcorn infornt of a nice comic and romantic movie with a best friend and make it like a sleepover even if you're past that age!... well, at least if you're a girl that's the best solution.

You just think that my body is being felt the depression. I m soul who is always watching the activities of self and all other creatures. Think soul is calm and actually I m the soul who never die nor feel sadness, happiness, depression etc.

Read lots of positive thinking and other behaviorial therapy books/websites. Keeping really busy if you have the energy to do it helps too.
