It only hurts at night like before going to bed or just at night. Does anyone have any information as to why this would only happen at night?

Possibly she has icecream in the evening and she is sensitive to the cold. maybe it is after brushing her teeth and that is causeing a root to flare up. To really know the cause would to find out the one constant that occurs every night. For example (a stupid one) is everynight she always hit her tooth with a hammer she does not do anything else EVERY night, then the hammer would likely be the problem.

But it sounds like a trip to the dentist is needed.

Peace

yah, she happens to brush it properly at night and takes out all the blocked inside her teeth. 101.
