Don't laugh, but, take handful of drinking straws, squirt whipped creme into them and freeze. Having that to suck on AND that straw in your hands for a few minutes helps to diminish the withdrawal, so often neglected, from having the cigarette to hold in your hands and diddle with.

Carrots, celery, sugarless gum and candy. Crystal Light has an excellent blend of sugar-free candy, including sugar free M&M's. Any fruit including apples, oranges, tangelos, etc.

chocolate, actually any food that you like. just any food that you like which will get your mind off of cigarettes. gum's always good to chew on all the time.

Celery is good. It burns more calories than what you get from it. Also you may want to try chewing gum

Celery is always good, you can dip it, or put peanut butter in it. I happen to love steamed broccoli sprinkled with lemon juice.
