If you look at anything that requires you to strain and conentrate on one part for too long with your eyes can blur your vision. It will not blur you vision as much being on the computer for too long but it is possible that your eyes might blur a little bit.

Some people read a lot and never need glasses.

The need for glasses in younger people is due to a developmental defect such as shape of eye and not due to use of eyes.

only an optomitrist can determine if you need glass's, dont go out and buy reading glass's with out a eye exam, it could do more harm than good

If you read alot and your eyes hurt or you have blurred vision, yes.
