my husband and i both have caught this flu type virus going around the area where we live - he was at his worse yesterday and i spent most of today in bed - not like me i can tell you.
our temperatures and the shivers etc are going away but what is the best thing to use for a sore throat. we both can hardly swallow. have bought lozenges from the chemist and have been eating icecream - easy to swallow. the lozenges are hardly doing anything and i cannot gargle aspirin - have tried and nearly threw up. any advice most welcome. thanks

So about 2 months ago i was put on Ativan for panic attacks, I find though they are only come upon me when im in setting where im in a social setting (ie_ school , talking one one one with somebody, eye contact) Im pretty sure that i have Social Anxiety's but how can i go upon dicussing this with my doctor?? What questions should i ask her ?? Should i try and get my medication switched because of the side effects??? What should i expect from her ?? Please put my consent worrying to rest about going to the doctors on thursday

I have some type of a stomach bug and I can barely keep small amounts of water down every couple of hours. I take lithium and have to drink LARGE amounts of water under normal circumstances. I'm starting to feel VERY dehydrated. I'm also running a fever of about 100 degrees farenheit. Any suggestions?
