go to a dermatologist. they can properly tell you what it is and prescibe a medicine for it. don't depend on amateaurs like us on yahoo answers

Are they dry, itchy circles only on your torso area? Sounts like it can be Pityriasis Rosea. My daughter and my husband both had it. Some Dr.'s can give you medication for really bad cases, my husband got a prescription for it. In my daughter's case they told me to leave it alone and it would go away on it's own. Only problem is it takes a long time and leaves white temporary scars where the circles were. It is a rash that starts on your torso and back - sometimes (but rarely) spreading up to your neck and face. I would see a Dr. for a proper diagnosis. In the meantime you can use something for the dryness and itch like some sort of cream without perfume or drying agents but I would see the Dr.
