Buy some really good pads like super absorbency or use two pads and if it doesn't work put a towel under you when you go to sleep... How do you feel about tampons??? they work

try an overnight pad, like Always Overnight, they are longer than regular ones. also you can double up, (use a tampon and a pad)which is what I have to do in the first couple of nights b/c the flow is very heavy. Also, you can buy disposable bed protectors at wal-mart. They make them for incontinence, but they work for this purpose also. I used them after I had my kids.

Wear one of those overnight pads... they're designed to be worn overnight, so they are thicker than the average pad. Make sure you put on a new pad before you go to bed. Also, get pads with wings. I had problems staining my underwear and pants until I started using the pads with wings. I've hardly had that problem since.

I use two-thee pads.
Two in the middle, one on the back horizontally or I just put a cloth to prevent the blood from leaking.
Then I wear two pairs of underwear. Regular and some super-tight crap.

You should be fine.

Umm..hmm this is simple. Make sure you are wearing enough protection. Double up on overnight pads. Or tampons can be safely worn for 8 hours.

If you are leaking during the night then you need a pad for night-time use like Always night time and if especially heavy you can always use a tampon as well.

Just before you lay down to go to sleep, change your pad. Be sure to use a pad that is marked for "overnight" -- they are longer and more absorbant than the daytime variety.

Always makes a super Night time pad try that... and if it is still bad use a light tampon at night with the pad.

it works

Use thicker pads. Use old sheets or placea an old towel under you. There is not much else you can do. It happens to us all.
