Handicap is a term used for a disabled person. Handicrap is a slang-term used for a person that pretends to be disabled, or uses being disabled as an excuse for not living up to their responsibilities in life.

Handicrap is just a made-up "slang" word. Handicap means disabled. It can be offensive though so use it with caution.
