U can try some crackers first and maybe a little milk or tea to help settle your tummy but start off by eating stuff with milk product in it as well as yogurt etc good luck n hope u feel better and have a great new year.I noticed people put drink ginger ale well if u do u need to flatten it by pouring it back n forth in 2 cups until flat or it will make u sick well it can if u don't n it is good for replacing whats called electrolyte that leaves your body through your vomit n ginger replaces it.bye 4 now.

Don't eat much of anything if your stomach is uneasy. Try a little ginger ale or other soft drink. If this stays down, try some toast, tea, rice, apple or banana. Wait awhile then if these stay down try some light soup. Tomorrow try some more of the same but increase your portions.

Small amounts of liquids. Gingerale and 7 up are good. Something bland and starchy like crackers or bread are good to start with foodwise.

Nothing thick or heavy. Soup, broth, jello, something that will settle easy but keep you from being hungry. Crackers are also very good and the salt will help keep you from getting dehydrated.

Definitely bread. That and if you are thirsty, grab some Ginger Ale, as that is suppose to help with the nauseated feeling.
