ok well i bite my nails alot. To the point that they bleed sometimes, and for some reason i dont know how to stop. i've already tried that nail polish that tastes really bad and it didnt work. is there anything else i can do to? thanks :]

Sometimes in the evening, my legs will get a strange sensation. Then when I get into bed, I can't fall asleep because they feel weird and restless, but the more I kick them around, the worse the feeling gets. Eventually, after about an hour or two of thrashing around, I stop moving and fall asleep. Why does this happen to me?

I've been having pressure in my chest, and my blood pressure shoots up sky high, way over 100 on the bottom number. And my heart races and feels like it's going to pound out of my chest. Now, I'm feeling a tightness between my shoulder blades, and a little pressure pain in my arms and the back of my neck.

It started over a week ago, while I was laying down, trying to go to sleep. I felt this pressure in my chest, and the only thing that made it go away was to sit up. So I went and sat on the couch and slept sitting up. It has progressively gotten worse to where I can't lay down at all to sleep. I have to cat-nap sitting up in a chair.

The funny thing is, when I get these spells, the thing that makes them sort-of go away, is to sit at my computer and read something or play a game. Then my blood pressure goes back down.

Lately, like tonight, it hits me right after eating.

I know what this sounds like, but I'm wondering what else it might be?

I know I already asked a question about this but like no body answered.
My cousin Khia lives with someone who has thrown up 3 days ago.. She is sleeping over and she is in the same room she has seemed fine and she has been asleep for hours now.. Could I get sick from her? I'm like staying up worrying about this because I don't wanna be sick for new years. Is there anything I can do so if i have it already my immune system could beat it.

My mom told me to stop worrying I won't get sick.. But I can't!

can you get bad breath from some sinus problems...or some kind of sinus activity???

on the left side of my back i have a pigment difference theres almost a bloch of lighter skin then it blends in again, is there any cream or maybe something i could do to make this go away, and when i tan it makes it stand out even more

I think it should be medically legal everywhere. Rhode Island is the only New England state that allows MM to chronic pain sufferers. Maine and Vermont should follow suit. (I am in MA and have severe chronic pain. Meds don't help.)

Tonight my cousin Khia who just turned 3 in November cameover to sleepover, we were downstairs with my one friend Mandi painting our finger nails, all of a sudden she starts saying how her other cousin destiny who lives with her was throwing up last night and how she dosen't feel good.. After Khia had just ate a bananna some ice cream and moutain dew.. She didn't throw up and hasn't yet. She has actually been asleep.I think she is fine.. But anyway I called her mother just in case. Her mom said Destiny was throwing up 3 days ago.. Is there any chance that me and my friend could get sick.. Before all this we went to Walmart to shop and she was as normal as she always is.. My friend and me don't need too get sick.. we really don't..

If we do get this how long will it take for the symptoms to show?
And what are the chances of us getting this my mom said were not gonna get it and not to worry about it but thats all were doing is worrying. We really don't wanna get sick..

I broke my left middle finger about a month ago, so I have been using right hand a lot more. I have also increased my use of the computer keyboard.

Yesterday I noticed a burning sensation on my forearm just above my wrist. It is only intimitent but feels weird.

What might it be? and any immediate treatment to ease the burning?

I don't have numbness at all or pain in that hand.

Yesterday I woke up with bad body aches, a stuffy nose, an itchy throat, a cough, and my head felt like someone had banged it on the floor. I literally slept all day without eating (I drank some water with some pain pills) and it happened again this morning. If it persists, I am going to the doctor. What else would you suggest I do to help calm my body down? I am in pain!

I have them myself.......They're VERY notice-able. I HATE THEM.

It hurts sometimes when my eyes get dry and then they turn more red :(

As I got older, the more they stayed. I really envy those others who have really clear white eyes.

Btw, mine are permanent, I guess. Probably like "scars".... I had done something I shouldn't have done.
