Depends on the medicine. Some are made inactive by ingredients in juices or other drinks, and some are made hyperactive. Check with a pharmacist.

It really depends on the type of medicine/tablet/capsule/pill. For example, Paracetamol tablets can be swallowed with water, juice or milk, but Alendronate and Minocycline tablets, for example, can only be swallowed with water, nothing else.

The safest bet is to swallow all your medicines with a large glass of water.

over the counter medications can usually be swallowed with anything, but most prescriptions[especially pain killers] have to be swallowed with whatever the pharmacist/doctor/bottle says. usually milk or water.

You can swallow them with anything you want. The only time you need to do it with water is when it says it on the label.

I believe in most cases it doesn't matter. However, keep an eye on it, some medicines react badly to certain fruits and things like that.

The medications should have warnings if there are specific liquids to use or not. Otherwise, knock yourself out and drink what you like.
