How about you don't smoke it? It stays in your body for a while...way to go.

i was a probation officer for 6 years.. if ur a heavy smoker like a joint or 2 a day ur looking at 6-8 weeks for it to leave ur system if ur an occassion user it takes 30 days to 6 weeks for it to leave ur system.. u can try to bulk up on the water and flush ur system to lower the levels.. but the best thing to do is a) stop smoking it b) wait at least 30 days from the last time u smoked it before u even try to get tested and c) don't use the over the counter detox kits.. if the place is smart they test for those too and they get u in trouble too.. so basically wait at least 30 days to do a drug test..

Drink plenty of water and cranberry juice. Both will dilute your system. Also you can take golden seal some say it goes not work but yes it really does just make sure you are drinking enough water with it. And don't take goldenseal at least two days before the test because now days some places look for things like that.

Two weeks should be enough time to get it out of your system for a urine drug screen. Drink lots of water and do not smoke again until after you take the test.

as far as urine testing: a decade ago, you could pass if you drank vinegar the morning of the test. not sure if that still works anymore - i did this a long time ago for a job , chased it with orange juice. i passed, but like I said, this was over 10 years ago and Im not sure if the method of testing the urine is the same
... do not however, drink a ton of water the day of the test. it will make your urine look suspicous and they may ask you to re-take (happened to a friend of mine).
