on the left side of my back i have a pigment difference theres almost a bloch of lighter skin then it blends in again, is there any cream or maybe something i could do to make this go away, and when i tan it makes it stand out even more

Talk to your doctor or a dermatologist. It sounds really serious.

Go see a dermatologist about it. I doubt there is anything on the market (aside from makeup) that will darken the area, because it won't increase its pigmentation with tanning.

I have a diease called vidalago and i have whiter spots where i got cut .. just on my knees though from falling off a bike as a child. But i think i grew out of it because i have been cut alot lately and nothing happened.
I'd get it checked out. And i think there is creams out there ask your pharmacist.
