Why is she like this? She's crying all the time .. she gets mad very easily. Should she be on something?

Well, it's brain surgery.
The brain is the central nervous system - it controls everything, including emotions.
Something might have gone wrong during the surgery.
Mood swings are pretty good indicators.
Take her to the doctor and ask for a few simple tests.
