Sounds very much like diabetes. Easy way to test is buy some urine dipsticks from your local pharmacy.

The constant sweating has nothing to do with diabetes. That would frequent urination and excess thirst.
However, the problem with that person is that they are not seeing a doctor about their problems. There is no substitute for qualified medical care.

These are both key indicators of diabetes. Others are extreme fatigue, rashes (usually round or on the genitals), itching in the groin area, going to sleep after meals - usually in afternoon, erectile disfunction in men is not uncommon, blurred vision and other symptoms may occur but get to doctor fast or chemist who can give a blood pin prick test.
Best of luck.

This can be a symptom of diabetes. Have your doctor run a blood sugar level test.

Stop clubbing; stop taking speed/E or any other ampethamine.
Or stop drinking red bull and vodka and dancing like a fanny.
Or stop drinking so much beer in a hot pub...
