Its really hard to overcome addictions its all to do wth self love. I have never really loved myself alot and put myslef down alot and felt unworthy because i had a bad childhood with alot of rejection and abuse. i have drunk alot in the past.
You have to learn to start loving yourself its not easy i know. Don,t depend upon drink to make you feel good, depend upon God to make you feel good and you will overcome this. Buy approval addiction by Joyce meyer. www.joycemeyer.org
learn to love and care for yourself and tell yourself each day you are special because you know something you are. See yourslef as God sees you. Forgive yourself as well for your mistakes.
Their has been studies that drink and drunk addictions are related to self esteem. I hope you recover start to like yourself and ignore those who put others down.

No alcholics are here. Only people who need answers and get answers. But if you really want to talk to one go to a bar or something. By the way I am only 10 and I promised at school never to drink and drive or smoke or drink ect.

Either go to AA meetings, maybe church, talk to loved one and tell them about ur problem and ask for their support, or take on a new hobby such as yoga really helps, everytime u want to spend money on alcohol take that money and put it in a jar and watch it add up and when u reach a certain number take urself out, call hotlines
