I suffer bad to severe cramps & quite honestly live on painkillers to ease the pain & on several occasions my life is put on hold due to the severe dysmenorrhea. I currently use various drugs, like IBUPROFEN, BUSCOPAN PLUS, NO SPA OR DICLOFENAC. Currently using IBUPROFEN & NOSPA, but was advised to use the diclofenac in place of the ibuprofen, if the pain persists. How can i live less on these drugs as i'm being held hostage by drugs every month.
P.S, exercise has not been of significant help in the past.

There is this one spot on my mid back on the side that aches especially by the end of the day. It has been going on for a couple weeks now. It especially hurts when I'm sitting. I sit all day at work. Last night it was so bad I wanted to cry when I asked my boyfriend to just take his fist and rub the spot as hard as he could. Anyways it felt much better after that. Anything like this happen to anyone else? What could it be and how can I get rid of it permanently!? ps - i'm only 23

Are there some things that an MRI just might miss? Or do they 100% show every inch of an area? I just wanted to know because my knee has been hurt since August and I just barely had an MRI done this weekend. I just hope that the Dr will see the problem so it can be fixed......soon

everytime i stand up or sit down, when my right leg moves when i walk, the spot to the left of my hip bone would hurt. i cant really describe the pain. it started at lunch time today but it wasnt as bad as now. it'd just hurt for a bit then goes away. then when i got home it hurted more but since i was sitting, it didnt hurt so i didnt notice till a while ago. When i sit or stand in one place, it doesnt hurt and when i push it, it doesnt either.
I'll see the doctor tomorrow after school, i guess, but anyone have an idea what's wrong?

For the last couple of days ive had an extreme pain in my right lower rib cage. It almost feels like ive been punched there because it feels bruised in a specific location on the rib bone. But the weird thing is ive done nothing physical or got hit or anything there. it just showed up over night. The pain radiates almost to my hip. And the pain feels somewhat like a stabbing/pounding pain. It almost feels sore like ive just had surgery. but i havent. Ive already seen a doctor but she didnt know. So please someone help.

Additional info:
It hurts when i breath, laugh, sneeze etc.
Also i havent been sick, nor have i had a cough, nor do i have athsma or anything im perfectly healthy.

My boyfriend thinks its the "rotator cuff". He's been to the Nurse at work, she gave him exercises to do and said don't sleep on it. It hurts a lot more now, down his whole arm. He has trouble lifting it.
He finally called his Dr. but the Dr. is moving to Nebraska.
I suggessted a Chiropracter on Accupuncture.
Which would be better?

I've been seeing a chiropractor for lower back pain who's told me that I have a weak iliac crest and suggested trying forearm crutches to alleviate the pressure I have to put on my pelvis when I walk. I'm also doing PT, but I'm wondering if anyone has ever even heard of crutches for back pain (more specifically, lower back/iliac muscle-whatever it is back pain)? Any success? I'm trying to find out of this is legit, because at this point I'm tired of my back aching all the time.
