Whenever I lift weights, my whole body aches through out the day. My arms, butts, neck, every thing aches. Is it normal?

Thanks.

If you are just starting out with weight lifting some achiness for a time can be a normal thing as the body tries to adjust to the exercise being done.

If this has been going on for a while this is not normal. I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.

Yes because your muscles are building. Usually your body aches lasts one day after the workout, then it should be fine. Don't carry weights everyday though, do it alertnate days instead.

Depends what age group you belong to--if you are within 20--35 you should be fully recovered within a day or two max.
