Water lots of water and green tea tends to clean out your system pretty fast too

"Wait" it takes anywhere of up to three days. If you do drink a lot of water it will show on the test, If you come into my lab, I will make you wait for up to six hours and then come back, without drinking anything, to test again. You can't fool me, it's been tried.
