have pain in right side of neck and had 10 sitting of acupuncture .problems came after last sitting

Anytime someone sticks something into your body they are invading your body immune system, you could have had some damage to a nerve. You better call that person and see what they tell you. I would then ask to see a neurologist, they can manipulate a nerve to bring it back. This was foolish of you but, it's done.
The next time see the proper doctor. We have a acupuncture clinic here where I live that just started up, that women has six months of training. I saw her to see what was going on, she has no idea of what she's doing but, she's sticking needles into people foolishly and, I've heard she has cured blindness in a person. People are totally foolish in believing this.
See a doctor next time around.

the nerve fibres from your hand might have been damaged by the needles
