My boyfriend thinks its the "rotator cuff". He's been to the Nurse at work, she gave him exercises to do and said don't sleep on it. It hurts a lot more now, down his whole arm. He has trouble lifting it.
He finally called his Dr. but the Dr. is moving to Nebraska.
I suggessted a Chiropracter on Accupuncture.
Which would be better?

See a doctor for this, not a chiropractor. A doctor has more means to his dispensing. If it's a tendinitis, an infection in the tendons of the shoulder, there are more then several, he can give you a cortisone shot that will relive it immediately.
It could be the cuff but, without an MRI there's no way to tell, it could be a number of things that will have to be checked by either X-Ray or MRI, CAT, scan.

I wish I had this 2 years ago when I damaged my rotator cuff while showing off. This is very detailed and really gives you the techniques you need to sort out your own shoulder issues and a lot more info such as preventing further injuries. If you have a shoulder keeping you awake at night you'll know it's no laughing matter.

A chiropractor won't be able to help if the rotator cuff is torn. He needs to get x-rays. Surgery may be a possibilty if that's what it is. Ask his doc to recommend a replacement or suggest an orthopaedic doctor.

It might be a pinched nerve in the neck. Try some neck traction to see if it helps. If it does, a chiropractor might help, if not, try the acupuncture.
