i had the neck pain since this morning.The pain is ony at one side of my neck.i cannot turn my head.it is awfully pain.i can't bear it.pls help me wat to do about it?

I'd see a chiropractor. They specialize in that and you probably need it readjusted and should be able to help you.

To find out what's causing this pain you need to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on. One possibility is that you may have pulled a muscle in that area.
I've pulled muscles in my neck area before just from trying to stretch when I sleep at night and when this happens it is very uncomfortable.

sounds like you have a stiff neck. probably slept on it wrong. take some advil or some sort of pain killer and it should go away over some time. if you were to go to a chiropractor, without already having one, you would have to do an initial evaluation with them, and wait for xrays to come back before they would do any work on you. this is what happened with me when i went to one.

Sounds like a neck strain. Take ibuprofen and see which muscle it is for tips on how to handle it.
