I'm 12, and I've never been able to swallow tablets before, mainly because I don't have the guts to do it, because I think I'll choke, or it'll taste rank. But I have a really sore throat, so I'm gonna have to.

Whats the best way to do it? How? Any suggestions or tips would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance;D

I've been searching online and can't find how much is too much. I took 4 oxycotin, each 5mg, so 20mg total. Could this cause an overdose? Should I be worried? Please help guys, I'm a little worried.

Lately, I've had chest pains on my right side. Specifically, the pain is centered on the upper-left side of my right breast, around the cleavage dip. I am large chested (34 DDD), could that be a problem? The sharpness of pain depends on movement. Sometimes when I turn onto one side in bed, I get a spasm on pain.
Is this something to worry about or could it be a stable angina or something benign?

I haven't done any sit ups or anything else in the past week or two, so why is this happening? When I am laying down, when I try to raise straight up, i can't because my abs hurt so much. And my shoulder is sore too. I do have weight lifting but I havent lifted since Friday, and on Saturday nor Sunday did I have these pains. Does anyone know what they are from?

Last year I (after regular methods, anti biotics, rinses etc) had sinus surgery for chronic sinus pain, pain is located under my eyes and cheeks mostly. I find after all this effort and time I still get this pain, they wanted to treat me for migrains but the pain is in my face not my head and the side effects were worse than what I suffer with now! Has anyone ever had, or heard of someone with sinus pain that responded to nothing?? I'm ready to go to a neurologist but would rather here what regular people have done before more doctors advise me! Thanks

I've heard of OLD WIVE'S TALES, but these two answers took the blue ribbon! I'm 30, a non-smoker(as if THAT has ANYTHING to do with your bones, spinal column or discs!) am muscular and not the LEAST BIT, not ONE ONCE OVERWEIGHT! I weigh 205, wear a size 17 1/2 shirt,my waist line is 33-34 inches, I split my tee shirts's sleeves if I'm not careful, so I think to be on the safe side, I'll go with a SCHOOL OF MEDICINE'S ANSWER and use the SPIRAL TENSION to help decompress my discs. The disease IS hereditary! Mine's progressed to nerve damage so I had to stop benching 300 lbs. That would SMART some to drop on my neck or chest. I've been a PROFESSIONAL BODYGUARD, so NO BAD HABITS, not even a DRINK!

In a few weeks I am going to be going in for an MRI for my knees. I have had pain and swelling in my knees for over 4 years now. I played soccer all through high school and now that i'm in college my physical activity has slowed a little. However my campus is HUGE and i walk probably 5 miles every day back and forth b/w classes and my dorm up and down stairs. are there any suggestions on what I should do prior to my MRI to help with the pain and swelling. I've tried everything for them, even quitting soccer for a year now sadly. Also what sorta of things are supposed to be done prior to an MRI (its in the afternoon)?? The doctors think something might be wrong with the tendons or ligaments and that I might need Physical Therapy.
