I'm 12, and I've never been able to swallow tablets before, mainly because I don't have the guts to do it, because I think I'll choke, or it'll taste rank. But I have a really sore throat, so I'm gonna have to.
Whats the best way to do it? How? Any suggestions or tips would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance;D

Put them in your mouth and take a LARGE gulp of water. Tilt your head back and look up and swallow.
It's your best bet. Also, don't worry about choking. Think about it, everyone else does it right?

I have the same problem and i'm 25!! I've a fear of choking, only because it happend before. If you have a sore throat see if you can get soluble tablest, (powder) and mix them up with water. If you cant, just put the tablet on the very back of your tongue and take a drink put your head back and swallow. That's what i do!! I even have to bite the tablet a few times. Even if it tastes rotten, it's better than choking!!

I was the same way when I was younger....try mashing it up and mixing it with apple sauce...or crushing it and puttin the pieces in a banana...those always worked for me..the sweetness covers the bitterness of the broken pill!

I find that if you drink a little water before you finally take your pill with water the pill will go down easier.

Ask ur doc 2 prescribe it in liquid form. Lots of people have this problem & this is the easiest solution.

You can crack them and add water on it. And dring the water as a shot. OK? Hope you get well soon.

try to break into tow halves and take them separately with excessive amount of water(just count them as food)
