Water, lots of water.

Just start sipping on a few good cold light beers for an hour or so and it will be gone no matter how bad the hang over is. Of course using this remedy often over an extended period of hang overs will surely make an alcoholic out of you. If you have to go to work you probably would not be able to use this remedy unless you own a bar. I think the passage of time is the only cure for a hang over other than the one I mentioned.

All the answers are fine but the traditional way is that you should drink another 45ml of the drink you had last night so that the alcohol contents will not be suddenly depleted hence you will not get hangover.. you can get into the normal position by the days afternoon itself .. Happy drinking .. Cheers

By drinking water. Alcohol dehydrates.....that's why you have a "hang over." The more water you can drink, the better you'll start feeling. Now, just don't over-do it on the water, ok? Drink about 2-3 cups an hour. Just keep sipping on it. :-)

Drink water between drinks. When you get home from the bar/pub drink more water. Try to drink clear booze over dark ones, vodka over rum, don't drink wine and beer in the same night...that will not be nice to you. Try to avoid sugary drinks like high-sugar coolers and sugary mixed drinks.

Eat before you drink.

Take vitamin B before going to bed the same night you have been drinking. Alcohol depletes your body of the vitamin, thus you get the hangover.
