I was hit by a car last year, and the hospital gave me a bill of more than $20,000. A little under half is paid, but there's a lot left. They've since stopped sending bills. I just want to know if a hospital could refuse to treat a patient (whether critical or not), or is there a point where that they would have to- like if a man is dying.

I have had seven surgeries and will have another one soon. The problem is that this new scar will go down my belly because I need a long incision. The other scars go from side to side. What would you do if you see somebody with so many scars? Would you feel repulsion? I am alive, yes!!!! but I feel so unattractive. Don't insult me telling me that I should appreciate that I am alive. I know! but deep in your heart you know that I am far from good looking.

I get pimples on a regular basis and my face gets really oily. I've tried proactiv but it didn't work. It seems like I get more of it when I'm stressed about something. Anybody know how to reduce the amount of acne or get rid of it completly?

Is this a real condition or is it all mental, as many doctors claim? If you suffer from chronic fatigue, do you take anything for it, or do you just accept it and get plenty of rest. It just seems to get worse the older I get. I feel as if my energy reserves are quickly depleted and I tire easily. Are there any supplents that can help this condition?

hi guys!
I am lately getting cracks in the morners of my mouth.As soon as they heal, they appear again.
It is not a cold sores or anything like that.
Just a cracks that drive me crazy.
Why does it happen and how to prevent it?

Never used glasses before. but nowadays, I can not read something if it is too close or too far. my sight used to be so perfect a year ago, but in the last one year, I notice a slow but gradual deterioration. maybe because I spend 12 hrs a day on computers.

I literally gained 10 pounds overnight. My eating habits were no different that my normal ones, and my activity was the same. Four days later, my ankles swell up like I am nine months pregnant! Before I only weighed 128, I am not pregnant, and it's not near my period. What could be the problem? I am taking water pills, but so far no relief. Any ideas, anyone?
