Well, one mL (same as a cc) any liquid weighs 0.0000022 lbs. Now you do the math and multiply by 100.

Normal saline is basically water with a little bit of salt. 1 cc of water weighs 1 milligram, so 100 cc of normal saline should weigh 100 mg (slightly less than 1/4 of a pound).

Probably about the same 100cc of regular water, that is the same as 100ml. HTH : )
