Dawn dishwashing liquid. It should be fine, as you can put conditioner on your hair after that. They used Dawn to wash birds caught in oil spills.
We have a flea problem here too. I'm going to set off the fogger bombs on Sunday again.
Additional note: I have baby-fine naturally wavy colored hair (medium length) and I tried this last night myself, because I felt it was unfair to recommend a method to you that I had not tried myself. I washed my hair twice with Dawn, and let it soak in for about a minute each time, and then I used conditioner. My hair came out fine - in fact is is extremely healthy and shiny.
As some of the other posters tried to point out, if you have a major flea problem you'll need to take some major steps to get rid of the fleas in your environment. Washing your hair will kill and remove the fleas in your hair, but new ones will find you. I feel for you. Fleas are so horrible this year. We've had animals for years without any major problems with fleas before.

Um I think that I would be more worried about the fleas eating at my scalp than my perm getting washed out. Get you some shampoo put your head under water and just scrub until you can't scrub any more.

I think you mean head lice NOT fleas, wash your hair put in conditioner and then comb it through with a nit comb, you can get these in any chemist and they are only a couple of pound.
You will need to check the hair of everyone in your home to make sure they don't have any and treat the whole family and check regularly. You will need to condition/comb your hair for a few days.

Don't know about getting rid of fleas in human hair, never heard of it, but Jizzi is probably right...it's lice. Get Rit, at any grocery or drug store. Wash your hair, your clothes, your bedding...all the bedding in the house, any hats, and anyone else's things you've been near. Use the Rit, use the lice comb. Kerosene will work, but it's very dangerous. Many people have been permanently scarred. Until you can get to the store use vinegar.

honey, your perm is the least of your worries. use a lice treatment (I assume you have lice, not fleas.)
