Increase fluid intake...water and juices. Eat high fiber foods such as whole grains, fruits and non starchy vegetables. Avoid cheese, bananas and carrots. A tablespoon of minerla oil can help things move along also as an emergency measure,

Some things that have worked for me are Maalox and Kraft Macaroni and cheese. I would suggest just paying attention in the future to what you eat that goes through you quickly, then in the future you will know what will work for you. But, for now you can take our suggestion.
Oh yeah, there's always beans-baked, pinto, refried--doesn't really matter.

take a piece of soap and stick it in your but but not all the way make sure the soap is wet before you stick it in and then take it out works all the time that is what the doctor did to my cousin
