Show up at a large teaching hospital at their outpatient clinic. Tell them you have chest pain on exertion occasionally. Tell them up front you have no insurance or money. They will have you meet with a social worker at some point to see what resources you have. The cost for a full workup will be based on your income. It should be little or nothing. If you need to just ignore the bills until they go away. It will hurt your credit rating but your health is more important than your credit.
