There is no age restriction. However, before starting any yoga or for that matter any other exercise program, you should consult your doctor and a certified reputable yoga instructor to make sure there are no contraindications.

I've never heard of an upper age for yoga. My grandma teaches yoga and aerobics classes. She's in her 70's, and even though she recently broke her hip she recovered quickly and is still leading the classes.

No restiction on practising YOGA. You can do yoga as long as your body permits you to do. You can chooose asans (postures) and other yogic activities which is not stressful to you. The whole idea of yoga is to do anything at whatever age without any stress, but streaching as much as possbile without straining oneself.

yoga is a vast subject.actually it means union of jivatma and paramatma. so for it no age bar.but some of the asana'scan be done at any age.some require the presence of a teacher.regarding old age yogasana's you can do those which does not put pressure in you body.but the most important thing is the ratio of inhalation retention and exhalation which should be 1:4:2.inhale for one second retain it upto 4 seconds and exhale it slowly for 2 seconds.

There is no age restriction, but one has to do only those kriyas which are suitable for your age. Pranayam can be done under the guidance of a knowledgable instructor.
