swish your mouth with that nasty tasting Hydrogen Peroxide, a couple times a day for a few days. Dont swallow, the foamy action shows infection. Do it after you brush then follow with antiseptic mouth wash, (You'll need to.)..But also go to the dentist, sometimes that is warning signs of a tooth gone bad

If you have tried brushing, mouth wash, and all, go see your dentist. Could be an early sign of gum disease so don't waste a lot of time, get treatment started if that is what is going on.

they actually have prescription meds to help now. It may be a nasty bacteria that a simple anti-biotic can cure. See your doc, if the brushing your tongue things does not work.
