im going on a date tomorrow and iv started to get a cold!!
what can i take to stop it developing into a full blown, runny nose, not very attractive cold? xx

I have been in Hospital with High Blood Pressure and a very High and fast heart Rate. They said it was my Asthma that was causing the above to be so high.
I asked them if it was my heart that was the problem. The reply was don't know.

I then asked if they could treat the problem, they said they could'nt as they didn't know what was causing it.

So I have now been discharged from hospital, with the condition still the same.

For anyone taking either zolpihexal or zolpidem- what kind of side-effects have you had? I have a few- it used to make me really trippy when I first started taking it, but luckily that wore off. It makes me very peckish if I don't go to sleep just after having taken it, and it can also make me nauseous if I stay up too long after taking it. I've also noticed that I'm waking up frequently at night, so I'm also wondering if there's anything anyone else can suggest that works better?

I'm one of those people who reach their top efficiency in the evening. I can work till late at night, but find it extremely difficult to wake up early in the morning. I'm in my 40's, had to wake up early for all my life but just can't get used to it and feel physically unwell every time. Going to sleep early does not help. I can sleep 10 hours and feel bad if I wake up early, or sleep 5 hours and feel OK if I wake up not before 8! The world's timetables seem to have been programmed by people who like waking up early, so I must survive with it..........Any suggestion?

I am having cough for almost 2 months now . I met DOC a week back and he gave some medicine including Coscopin syrup .
He said I am having a throat infection .
The cough is not bothering me in the night but once in a while I have this bout of cough that makes me uneasy . Especially my breath also kinda wavers when i get these cough .

At the moment I am having a lil black phlegm as well .

Did anyone have the same situation ? Whats the remedy ?
Iam considering revisiting the DOC .

* To make matters worse , my bad , I drank beer and smoked 2 packets of cigarette the other day . Does that influence the cough ?
I have decided no more cigarettes for some mroe days , beer too i am gonna control .
Pleas help .

My doc diagnosed trochanteric(?) bursitis. I told him that wasn't where the pain was but he seems to be convinced that he's right. I walk as much as I can but don't want to make things worse than they are!
I'd be grateful for advice from someone who knows his/her stuff!

I went to the doctor he said I didn’t have too much of a temperature my wisdom teeth are coming through but I didn’t get a clear answer what was wrong he said I shouldn’t go to work for the next two or three day and wrote a dr. cert. but I don’t know If I got the flu or an infection.

I have been ill for the past week. Went to Doc & he did a chest xray because my chest was hurting. The xray he said showed bronchitis. This is very difficult for me to believe my chest & back hurts I've been coughing, but bringing nothing up. Been on antibiotics for the past 4 days & still have a temp of 102.2 just last night. Just wondering if I am so dehydrated that I hurt & my temp is still up. (Only up at night, comes down to 99.6 - 100 during the day.) I do realize I haven't felt very well lately & perhaps have not been drinking as well as I should. Sometimes I just don't think of it or don't want to because I want to sleep feeling so bad. I would appreciate any input y'all may have to perhaps help me. Thank You. PS. I have started to drink Power Ade just about an hour ago.
