Check the brightness of the screen, also remember to get a filter, and the position of the screen, remember to put in eye level. If nothing else happens, go to a doctor. Its your safest bet!

You need mid-range distance glasses. I had the same thing and then I went to the optometrist and he gave me glasses that are set for a focal distance of 28 inches, the distance from my eyes to my monitor. Tell your optometrist what the distance is from your eyes to your monitor is and you will be fine. It was the end of eyestrain, headaches, and even dizziness if I spent too long online.

Most people don't realise this, but when we stare at the pc screen we don't blink as much we should this causes eyez to feel tired, but also you should try to adjust your screen settings to your own custom level.

Maybe you should get your vision checked. Sometimes I'll take of my glasses and sit at the computer and have similar experience.
