I don't like to drink milk directly, so i make tea and drink..will this substitute the same amount of calcium as the milk or will there be any loss?

no, u are not manipulating the contents...the milk u r drinking has the same amount of calcium as a glass of pure milk...u r just drinking less

It will have the same amount of calcium. But I have heard that too much milk tea can cause problems with your digestive tract. Maybe you should put milk in your cooking or in other things, like I do. I can't stand the awful taste of milk. It is good for you to drink milk though. I eat yogurt and cheese with milk in it. Or I drink orange juice with calcium.

well, if you make the milk boil it may loose some (nothing substantial)!, but not if you just combine them with tea or coffee, the thing is that when this get to your stomach is a little bit harder to absorb the vitamins of the milk, but nothing substantial nether...
ADVISE> Have you try doing shakes with milk, mixing banana, strawberry or raspberry, milk, and some ice in a blender or ice crusher??? you'll get get more vitamins, and its healthier than coffee!.... try that once, maybe you'll like it!

No it will not!
milk wasnt a living thing unlike vegetables and fruits.
don't worry. there will not be any loss of nutritional values .
it'll still be the same no matter how you consume it. =)
