Yes it is
1. If you have distal intestinal obstruction, eventually the backlog of faeces will come up as faeculent vomit.
2. If you have a gastrocolic fistula (a passage connecting your stomach to your colon), you can vomit faeces. This is not as uncommon as you would think.

There was a woman on TV who did, she'd been constipated for that long. It's really bad news if you do though, she almost died and was in intensive care in a coma for quite a while. If it happens don't wait for a doctors appointement call for an ambulance straight away. Not really a party trick!!!

Yes it is possible if you have a blockage in the intestine, then it will eventually come back up. I have not seen this personally but I know people who have and it is not pretty.
